Important Information About Our Waiting List

• The clinic currently has a long waiting list of people wishing to become patients.
• Wait times are likely to be longer than six to twelve months.
• With current staffing, we will reach our full clinic capacity before everyone on the waiting list is offered an initial appointment.
• We have approached the Ministry of Health and Long-term Care for funding for an additional Nurse Practitioner to enable us to see all the patients on our waiting list but there is no guarantee this will be provided and no known time line to hear back.

If you require health care before you are offered an initial appointment at the
clinic, here are some options:
Good Doctors Peterborough (telemedicine clinic) – located at 1625 Sherbrooke Street West, Unit 6, 705 304 1034
Good Doctors Ennismore (telemedicine walk-in clinic) – located at 470 Robinson Road, Ennismore – 705 304 1036 (do not call for an appointment)
Pediatric Urgent Care Clinic – Room W6600, 5 th floor, Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Mon-Fri 5-8 p.m., Saturdays and holidays 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., no appointment necessary, 705 740 8055
Rapid Access Addictions Medicine Clinic (for people seeking help with alcohol or opioid addiction) 159 King Street, Suite 302, Mon/Wed/Fri 8-11 a.m., walk-ins welcome – 705 749 9708

Code of Behaviour in the 360 Degree Clinic

 Our clinic welcomes everyone who comes through our doors. We invite you to help us make this a safe and inclusive place for everyone. Our clinic serves people who experience discrimination, stigma and trauma, or who have in the past.  Our goal is to treat every person with respect and dignity.

  • We expect that everyone who uses the clinic will be respectful of others including staff and the space we share.
  • We will not tolerate violence against any person or group.
  • We will not tolerate behaviour or comments that are sexist, racist, homophobic, or transphobic.
  • We will not tolerate behaviour which affects the dignity of anyone including hurtful comments about someone’s physical or mental health issues, including their substance use.
  • We all get frustrated and angry sometimes. We may want to shout or swear. If you are feeling frustrated and angry, please do not yell or swear in public areas of the clinic. We ask you to keep in mind that we are a health service. People here at the same time as you may be ill, distressed, or getting bad news. Please consider what may be going on for other people.

Behaviour or comments that breach this code of behaviour are reasons to be asked to leave without service.

We are committed to protecting confidentiality and we ask you to think about the information you share about yourself and others in spaces that are not private.
