Mind Body Food


Mind-Body-Food program offers monthly group sessions focused on the connection between you, food and emotions.

Guided by our social worker and dietitian, participants are supported to feel positive about themselves by overcoming emotional issues related to food. Mind-Body-Food program provides a safe setting for sharing information on self-care through healthy eating, active living and building positive self-esteem.

At the Mind-Body-Food sessions participants will:

  • Will learn emotional triggers to eating and how to help through mindfulness
  • Look at readiness for change and learn how to move forward in making healthy changes
  • Be guided through goal setting at each session to achieve a healthier life
